Get Involved
Due to the confidential nature of our work, we have limited volunteer opportunities but appreciate your interest. To stay up to date on all that’s happening at Project Safeguard, sign up for our newsletter. Additionally, you can always support our work by making a charitable donation.
Opportunities to get involved
Pro-bono Legal Advice and Consultation
We rely on the support of volunteer attorneys to staff our Divorce and Custody Clinics (offered in English and Spanish) and provide immigration consultations to our clients. If you are an attorney with experience in these areas, this is a great way to give back.
Lawyers for Victims
Our Lawyers for Victims (LFV) program connects survivors with experienced private attorneys to represent them at Permanent Protection Order hearings. Project Safeguard contracts with these attorneys for a flat-fee rate to provide this service and provides technical assistance and support as needed.
Join our Board of Directors
Another way for individuals to get involved with Project Safeguard is to join our Board of Directors. Board service offers opportunities for professional development, team building, and networking. More importantly, serving as a PSG board member provides an opportunity to make a rewarding and long-term impact for survivors and in our communities.
If you are interested in any of the above opportunities, please complete the form below and a staff member will follow up with you.
